Build Financial Confidence That Lasts
Twelve-month program starting October 2025
Real skills for managing money in everyday life. Not theory from textbooks—practical approaches that work when you're paying bills, making decisions about debt, or planning for what comes next. You'll work through actual situations with people who've been there.

How the Program Works
We meet twice a month for structured sessions—one focuses on new concepts, the other on applying them to your specific situation. Between meetings, you'll work through exercises at your own pace.
The whole thing runs for twelve months because changing how you handle money takes time. Quick fixes don't stick. But patterns you build over a year? Those become habits that serve you for decades.
Foundation Phase (Months 1-3)
Understanding where your money actually goes and why. Building a tracking system that doesn't feel like punishment.
Strategy Phase (Months 4-8)
Debt management approaches that work with Australian lending structures. Setting up proper emergency buffers and thinking about super.
Growth Phase (Months 9-12)
Investment basics for regular people. Property considerations. Building wealth without taking stupid risks.
What You'll Actually Learn
Cash Flow Reality
Setting up systems that show you what's happening with your money without spreadsheet nightmares. Making informed choices about spending versus saving.
Debt Navigation
Different types of debt require different approaches. We'll look at your specific situation and work out what makes sense for you.
Emergency Planning
Building buffers that help you sleep at night. How much you need depends on your circumstances—no one-size-fits-all answers here.
Superannuation Strategy
Your super could be your biggest asset. Understanding how it works, what you're paying in fees, and whether your current setup makes sense.
Investment Foundations
Starting to invest when you're not wealthy. Index funds, ETFs, and what those acronyms actually mean in practice.
Property Realities
Honest conversations about buying property in Australian markets. When it makes sense, when it doesn't, and what else you could do with that money.
Who's Running This
Three people who've worked in financial services and got tired of how complicated everyone makes it. No suits, no jargon—just straight talk about money.
Rhys Broadhurst
Program Lead
Spent fifteen years in banking before realizing most financial advice isn't designed to help normal people. Now teaches practical money management without the sales pitch.
Tessa Klostermann
Debt & Planning Specialist
Former mortgage broker who helps people understand their options without pushing products. Knows Australian lending inside out and explains it in English.
Isla Vangorder
Investment Educator
Started investing with fifty bucks a fortnight and built real wealth over twenty years. Teaches beginners how markets actually work, not how finance textbooks say they should.
